All booking modifications and cancellations must be requested via phone or WhatsApp. Please provide your booking reference number and reason for the change. We aim to process all requests within 24 hours. For cancellations made 72 hours or more before check-in, a 90% refund will be issued. For cancellations within 48-72 hours, a 50% refund applies. No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in or for no-shows. Amendments to dates are subject to availability and may incur a small rebooking fee.
